What?

A certified course of food handling and hygiene. A requirement to work in food services or any job that involves direct or indirect contact with food.

Why?

Food safety law requires businesses to provide food handlers with an understanding of food safety. By doing so, they could minimize contamination when handling food products and will help their establishment uphold a suitable safety system. 

 

These practices are important to prevent food poisoning and allergic reactions, minimize food waste, ensure quality, and boost service efficiency.

How? 

An effective way to communicate this information is through food hygiene training, we teach to food handlers how to apply proper handling, storage, and cleaning techniques.
